I have had it for 3 years, it is an excellent machine. Nothing compared to other cheaper ones. The spin function it has cleans everything. The only problem it has is that you need to be very careful when placing the gun in the base. You shouldn't push the gun towards the base by holding the handle, but you should press it from the barrel inward. I gave it to a third party and then it started leaking water from the gun. There is no replacement, you need to buy a new gun. So it requires a bit of caution, but it is a powerful pressure washer.
** UPDATE 2024 **
In the end, after five years, it gave up. From the service, they told me that to fix it, I essentially have to pay for it again. The pump got stuck and it was leaking oil, etc. The water in my area is very hard, of course, and I didn't take enough care with descalers, etc. Generally, it is no longer worth buying because it has a plastic pump while there are pressure washers with brass pumps (HD series from the same company) which they recommended to me at the official service for use with hard water.
Karcher as a company has positives and negatives; it has many service points in Greece, but its spare parts are very expensive.
Το έχω 3 χρόνια, είναι εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα. Καμιά σχέση με άλλα πιο φθηνά. Η λειτουργεία spin που έχει καθαρίζει τα πάντα. Το μόνο πρόβλημα που έχει είναι ότι θέλει πολύ προσοχή όταν τοποθετείς το πιστόλι στη βάση. Δεν πρέπει να σπρώχνεις το πιστόλι προς τη βάση πιάνοντας την λαβή αλλά πρέπει να το πιέσεις από την κάννη προς τα μέσα. Το έδωσα σε τρίτο και μετά έχανε νερό από το πιστόλι. Δεν υπάρχει ανταλλακτικό, πρέπει να πάρεις καινούργιο πιστόλι. Οπότε θέλει λίγο προσοχή αλλά είναι δυνατό πλυστικό.

Τελικά στην πενταετία παρέδωσε πνεύμα. Από το service μου είπαν ότι για να φτιαχτεί πρέπει να το ξαναπληρώσω ουσιαστικά. Κόλλησε η αντλία έχανε λάδια κλπ. Το νερό στην περιοχή μου είναι πολύ σκληρό βέβαια και δεν το πρόσεχα αρκετά με αφαλατωτικά κλπ. Γενικά δεν συμφέρει πλέον να το αγοράσετε γιατί είναι με πλαστική αντλία ενώ υπάρχουν πλυστικά με ορειχάλκινη αντλία (σειρά HD της ίδιας εταιρείας) τα οποία και μου πρότειναν στο επίσημο service για χρήση με σκληρό νερό.
Η Karcher σαν εταιρεία έχει θετικά και αρνητικά, έχει πολλά service points στην Ελλάδα αλλά τα ανταλλακτικά της είναι πολύ ακριβά.
