The collection includes the basic legislative texts governing administrative litigation: PD 18/1989, KDD (Law 2717/1999), KDDiad (Law 2690/1999), Law 1406/1983, Law 702/1977 as well as the provisions of Laws 3900/2010 and 4055/2012 concerning pilot trials and the fair satisfaction of the parties, respectively.

Since the 19th edition, the provisions of PD 18/1989 as applicable before Law 5119/2024 have been included in a separate section, which apply to cases within the annulment jurisdiction of the regular administrative courts.

The Code is an essential and practical publication for the researcher and practitioner of administrative law.
