The Oxford Exhaust Heat Wrap Kit is made from special fibers derived from volcanic rock (lava rock), offering exceptional heat resistance and top thermal insulation.

The wrap reduces heat transfer from the exhaust to the frame, plastics, cables, and other sensitive components, contributing to equipment protection and improving the engine’s thermal management.

Application is simple: before installation, the wrap must be soaked in water to become more flexible. It is then wrapped around the exhaust pipe with overlap and secured with the included stainless steel zip ties.

Ideal for motorcycles, racing use, custom builds, café racers, scramblers, and track bikes where top thermal protection is required.
