Quickly prepare the best omelets or perfect pancakes! The Easy Induction pan from the Swiss brand Kuhn Rikon is ideal for omelets or pancakes thanks to its shape and very narrow edge. It is compatible with all heat sources, including the oven, up to 180°C. (Caution! The handle can get very hot.)

Extremely lightweight, the pan is made of aluminum and features a non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking, as well as three layers of material with titanium particles for greater durability over time. The pan is easy to use, heats quickly and efficiently, and is easy to wash.

It is extremely safe, durable, and dishwasher safe.

Maintenance:

  • If washing by hand, use only hot soapy water.
  • Stubborn burns may need to soak first.
  • Use a nylon brush or a sponge for gentle cleaning.
  • Do not use detergents or metal spoons to clean the cookware.
