The AELIOS collector, with an aluminum profile, is available in the following models:

• AELIOS ALS with aluminum hydro-skeleton and selective absorber.
• AELIOS CuS with copper hydro-skeleton and selective absorber.
• AELIOS ALB with aluminum hydro-skeleton and black paint absorber.

The return and supply pipes are perforated with an outward outlet for the perfect adaptation of the thermal absorption pipes and to prevent pressure drop in the collectors. Distance between pipes (tube pitch) = 107mm (EN 1652).

Single surface absorber, covering the entire surface of the window as well as the supply and return pipes, increasing the absorptive capacity of the collector.

Welding is performed with state-of-the-art robotic equipment using Laser technology. Strong thermal ecological insulation made of pre-compressed stone wool, with thickness of 50mm (back) and 20mm (side) coated with black fiberglass, to minimize thermal losses.

Thermal conductivity of stone wool insulation: λ=0.032 W/(m°C) (DIN 56612, measured at 0°C).

Special safety glass (Tempered) with high permeability and strength, resistant to harsh weather conditions (e.g., hail, extreme temperature fluctuations). Insulating EPDM glazing rubber with UV protection.
