After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and apply the necessary amount from the mid-lengths to the ends, giving a light massage. If you have time, let the mask work for at least 5 minutes, possibly covering your hair with a warm towel for optimal results. Rinse with lukewarm or cold water to lock in the nutrients.
