The package includes:

Easy to use in case of a choking emergency:

1. Placement: Place the mask around the victim's nose and mouth. Hold the mask with your weaker hand to create a good seal on the victim's face.
2. Pressure: Press the plunger down with your stronger hand. All the air will escape through the one-way valve system and prevent the foreign object from being pushed further into the victim.
3. Pull: Pull back the handle while keeping the mask in place. This will create suction. If the foreign object does not come out with the first pull, continue pressing and pulling the plunger without removing the device from the victim's face.
