The FARRO from Felicetti was selected from 280 samples of Farro wheat and is grown in the mountainous areas of the Apennines. The Farro is milled every morning on the day of production, providing exceptionally fresh, flavorful, and nutritious pasta.
The milling process retains 85% of the wheat's nutrients, while Felicetti transforms this exceptional raw material into premium pasta that releases aromas of roasted hazelnuts and eggplant during cooking.
