The Prickly Pear Distillate from Sigalas Estate is a double-distilled product made from Santorini prickly pears.

The production process of the prickly pear distillate includes:

• Processing of the fruit
• Juice extraction
• Fermentation of the juice
• Distillation of the alcoholic liquid

The prickly pears used are collected on the island of Santorini.
