The RAM Tough-Track offers nearly unlimited mounting options on flat surfaces for ATVs, cars, combo machines, boats, tractors, trucks, and more. The black anodized aluminum version of the RAM Tough-Track can be drilled into any flat surface and is designed for use with #8 screws for easy installation (accessories not included). The anodized aluminum provides smooth sliding on the rail and corrosion resistance.
The RAM-TRACK-EXA-9BU has a rail length of 9" (the aluminum area), while the included marine-type caps add approximately 1.5" in length to each end (3" additional length). The caps allow for two installation options: you can either use both marine-type caps to create entry points at both ends of the rail, or use one marine-type cap and close the opposite end with a flush cap.
