The product contains 25% DEET. 

DEET is a substance that confuses the sensors of insects so they do not easily recognize human skin. 

25% w/w (25g/100g) = in every 100 grams of product, 25 grams are pure DEET

Instructions for Use

Shake well before each use. Hold the container upright, 15-20cm away from the skin, directing the container's nozzle towards the area to be sprayed. Spray with a slow sweeping motion for about 1 second on the exposed skin as follows:

Adults: hands, face*, neck, forearms, and top of the foot/instep.

Children over two years old: face*, neck, and top of the foot/instep.

For the face: Spray on the adult's hands and apply a small amount to the face of the adult or child, avoiding the eyes and mouth.

Do not use on children under two (2) years old. Do not use on the hands of children under twelve (12) years old. Do not use under clothing. Do not inhale aerosols. When returning indoors, wash the applied skin with soap and water. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after use. It is recommended to wear clothing that covers the skin not treated to limit access to blood-sucking insects.
