This pan with a "lyonnaise" profile made from 2mm blue steel (14 gauge) provides very good heat distribution. It features high and curved walls. This very characteristic shape, without sharp angles, allows food to slide easily from the pan onto a plate or tray.

The iron surface is strong and free from coatings. The blue color of the pan is due to a thermal treatment that provides the pans with temporary protection against oxidation and corrosion during storage and transport.

  • Heats quickly, excellent caramelization of juices.
  • Welded handle made from hardened sheet steel: easy and ergonomic handling, along with high temperature resistance.
  • Suitable for all hobs, including induction and the oven at moderate power.

Care: gently scrape and lightly oil with a brush. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents.
