  1. Wash your hair with lukewarm to warm water to open the hair cuticles.
  2. Gently squeeze excess moisture from your hair.
  3. Apply a quantity of product about the size of two walnuts, massaging gently.
  4. Leave the mask on for 5 minutes, during which you can wrap your hair with a warm towel for better absorption.
  5. Rinse with lukewarm to cold water to lock in the nutrients.
