After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry so that the wood does not remain wet for a long time.
After rinsing, place it in an upright position and store it once it has fully dried.
Regularly coat with olive oil for extra care. Apply and leave it overnight to absorb.
Vinegar disinfects the wood naturally.
For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes.
