The Kitchen Mandoline V5 is perfect for precision slicing with 4 adjustable sizes (1.2 mm, 2.8 mm, 5 mm, and 7 mm). It allows for thickness adjustment up to 1.2 mm, making it suitable for thin slices like tomato carpaccio.

It is ideal for quick preparation of recipes that involve sliced vegetables, such as moussaka, ratatouille, or potato gratin. You can also perfectly slice cabbage for coleslaw.

The thickness of the slice is easily adjustable with the button on the side of the Slicer, setting the Cutting Insert to the desired position. When not in use, you can select the safety position to isolate the blades, making storage safe.

A Safety Handle is also included to protect your hands from sharp blades, allowing for a secure grip and cutting of almost the entire fruit or vegetable.

The Slicer – Mandoline and its accessories are easily washable under running water.
