To provide a better and worry-free flying experience, insurance for the Mavic 2 is available, a service plan that covers damages that may occur during normal use by the Mavic Air 2 aircraft, the gimbal, or the camera.
The DJI Care insurance can be linked to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets one of the following conditions:
- New and unactivated aircraft;
- Aircraft that has been activated within the last 48 hours;
- Repaired at an official DJI service center (within 72 hours from receiving the email invitation).
Once DJI Care Refresh insurance is purchased, the service agreement will be sent to you via email. The DJI Care insurance will automatically link to your product and will take effect within 24 hours.
Both DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the purchase area.
Up to 2 replacements with new products or products of equivalent performance can be requested, but additional charges will apply, which will be communicated by DJI service.
