A very interesting weiss beer with a soft straw yellow color that tends towards cloudy and a thin foam with persistent resistance in the glass. It is made from wheat malt and malted barley, and the use of a small amount of hops gives a light bitter note that imparts unique characteristics to the aromas and taste.
On the palate, it has a light citrus acidity in perfect harmony with the typical sweet notes of malt. Clean finish and elegant aftertaste with spicy notes of clove. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, high fermentation with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
