APPLICATION METHOD

1. The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean from dust, dirt, grease, and other substances that reduce adhesion. Surfaces should be cleaned with acetone, alcohol, or varnish thinner.
2. The FIX 80 kg mounting tape should be applied to the underside of the object to be bonded. Do not touch the adhesive surface with your fingers.
3. Remove the blue protective tape.
4. Press the object firmly onto the bonded surface. Avoid trapping air bubbles.
5. Sensitive surfaces may be damaged when removing the tape.
6. Full strength is achieved after 24 hours.
7. The best adhesion is achieved by bonding smooth objects (10 mm thick or when bonding objects to non-metal surfaces).
