Smile L-Glutamine Plus provides a combination of L-Glutamine & vitamin B1 in powder form. Glutamine is an amino acid that naturally exists in the body, mainly in the muscles.

Glutamine has many beneficial effects on the body. It is particularly important for the normal functioning of the intestine, as the cells of the intestinal mucosa regenerate using it as their main energy source. Additionally, it helps maintain a healthy central nervous system. Inside the brain, glutamine can be converted into glutamic acid, an amino acid that supports brain function. It also increases the levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which acts as a neurotransmitter in the body.

Vitamin B1 contributes to:

• the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production
• the normal functioning of the heart & nervous system
• normal psychological function

Dosage: 5 grams of powder (1 measuring spoon). After intense exercise: 5-10 grams daily.

Instructions for Use: Dissolve in water or fruit juice, at least half an hour before any meal or before bedtime. Athletes: Dissolve 5 g of powder in protein drinks, water, or fruit juice, before exercise. An additional 5 g can be taken before bedtime.

Contraindications - Interactions: Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
