The photo says it all. It came with a sticker on the back that says "CIF lemon"—apparently, the truth slipped out where they "cook" these. That's why many complain that the quality has deteriorated, while from the supermarket it's normal. I bought 2 different ones. I didn't even try the one with the CIF label, I sent it back. I tried the other one and the clothes came out with a neutral to unpleasant smell. This could have been aqua forte.

It smells wonderful and only a small amount is needed, while it also softens the clothes. I used it on some socks and pajamas that had become stiff and they turned soft. It has nothing to do with the soupline I used for so many years. I think it convinced me. The scent alone is worth it.

The only fabric softener I have that lasts on my clothes. Someone asked me if I was wearing perfume! I don't use more than the recommended amount.

For me, it is the best scent and it lasts the longest! Everyone asks me what I wash my clothes with. My husband is a chef, and making his uniforms smell nice was difficult. Fortunately, now it isn't!

I am shocked by this fabric softener. Specifically the BYZANTIUM. I also have the MUSK which is equally good but not like the Byzantium. I think the Byzantium is unique.

I had bought it several times when it first came out and it smelled wonderful. The last 2-3 times I bought it again (Aug. - Oct2025) it's like I'm not using any fabric softener (almost odorless). As soon as I bought another brand, my clothes smelled great again, so there's no way my washing machine is the problem.

I have been choosing it for a while now... it has a wonderful scent that lasts and leaves a wonderful feeling of softness on the clothes! Even on towels that I used to feel were hard and rough, it has made a difference... now they are fluffy and soft! I highly recommend it!

Very good fragrance and after washing it smells even better than from the bottle. More natural and less intense. The cologne is also very good, although clearly feminine and not unisex, I gave it as a gift.

Very good, soft, and I would say one of the lightest in terms of scent compared to the others, it gives a feeling of freshness.

I have tried the Byzantine and it smelled very subtly with quite good longevity without giving you a headache

The burgundy and the teal, guys, stink; I threw the clothes away, washed them again, we're talking about dirt, and I wonder how this has such good ratings??? And with the black one I had bought earlier, that one didn't blow me away either, but the smell it leaves on the clothes is terrible. I'm amazed by the reviews; it's a matter of taste, I would say.

The price has gone up a lot and the quality has decreased. It no longer smells as strong as it used to. And it's not that I've gotten used to it, because I stopped using it and bought it again after a while and I confirmed that it's not just my imagination.

Good product for its price. It needs two caps to make the clothes smell nice, but the scent lasts. I can't say that this specific "Japanese Rituals" had a fragrance to my taste, so I wouldn't easily try it again.

Unacceptable product and a waste of money.
Very expensive for starters. I decided to buy it at a discounted price since I saw how many good reviews I had read.
It didn't smell AT ALL. To the point where we thought there was an issue with my washing machine.

It is the best fabric softener I have ever used! Any product I had used until now, the smell of the clothes didn't last. I have bought almost the entire line and each softener smells fresh for days! The clothes smell amazing inside the closets!

The review concerns the fabric softener "white musk". In the past, when you washed your clothes, the whole neighborhood smelled nice. Now it doesn't smell at all, to the point where you might think there's a problem with the washing machine and the softener doesn't work. It doesn't even soften the clothes. Since they changed the packaging, they have probably also changed some ingredient and it doesn't smell at all. So, I'm going back to my favorite soupline mistral.

Excellent fragrance!! And the rest is fantastic! I discovered them 6 months ago and I only buy from this specific company
