What are Sahumitos

Sahumitos are small bundles of dried herbs that, when burned, release sacred smoke, purifying the space and energy. They are used in ceremonies, meditation, sacred cleansing, and personal wellness practices.

Instructions for Use

1. Light the tip of the bundle.
2. Gently blow until the flame goes out and it begins to smoke.
3. Place the bundle in a fireproof bowl or shell (e.g., abalone) with sand.
4. Perform the cleansing ritual by moving the smoke around the space, objects, or body.
5. Extinguish the sahumito in the sand and store it for future use.
