Dosage

Adults and children over 6 years old, two capsules daily.

    I struggle to swallow the capsules, even though I never had a similar problem even with larger ones. Visually, they don't seem to have anything strange. That is the only reason for the 2 stars, I don't know about effectiveness, I didn't notice anything.

Δεν εχει να κανει με το αν τρως ψαρι ή οχι η καθαροτητα και η περιεκτικοτητα του ω3 που εχουν οι καψουλες δεν μπορει να ληφθει απο τα ψαρια. Το krill oil ειδικα ειναι πολυ συγκεκριμενο, συνεπως απο 1 εως 2 την ημερα αν εχουμε πχ να κατεβάσουμε τριγλυκεριδια
