Recommended Daily Dose: Adults, take 1 capsule per day, preferably after a meal as a dietary supplement or as directed by your doctor. Free from sugar, gluten, lactose, preservatives. Suitable for vegans.

    I had artificial nails when I started taking them, and the truth is that after removing them (having finished half the pack), my nails were not as weak as other times. They weren’t hard, but I did notice a difference. As for length, nothing crazy, but about half a centimeter in 3 weeks I think was okay.

    For hair and skin I didn’t notice anything, but the truth is I didn’t have a major issue either.

    I would try another one too; there are quite a few options out there. Notably, this particular one is quite affordable.
