The sideboard is as shown in the photo (green). First of all, I should mention that I’m handy and have assembled quite a few pieces of furniture that I bought through Skroutz. This particular one was incredibly difficult for me, especially when it came to installing the various hinges it has. I assembled it wrong twice following the instructions, but obviously I didn’t understand them correctly. It took me 5 hours to finish it!!!! As a piece of construction it is good, but it has some flaws. The first is that the thickness of the melamine (not the particle board) is ridiculously thin, and when screwing in the screws from the inside, it broke in one or two small spots. The second is that the horizontal surface, although I cleaned it thoroughly with a damp cloth, does not clean properly and leaves marks like the ones your hands leave as soon as you touch an inox surface. Also, the horizontal surface seems very fragile to me for throwing keys, phones... etc., and I’m afraid it will get scratched, which is why I will buy a glass top to put over it. The furniture should definitely have cost much less because it does not meet high standards; nevertheless, it is beautiful and functional.
