The use of interdental gel with fluoride combined with interdental brushes has been tested with excellent results. An interdental brush that has been soaked in fluoride gel has proven to be the most effective method of applying fluoride. Studies have shown that this method provides additional results compared to regular fluoride toothpaste in daily brushing. Furthermore, it has been clinically proven that the Naf 0.32% gel is more effective than the Naf 0.20% gel.
