The MAGUS Lum V500L microscope is an inverted fluorescence microscope, with bright field, phase, and transmission methods. It uses DAPI, FITC, and TRITC fluorescent dye filters. The inverted design allows the study of samples in laboratory vessels such as Petri dishes, flasks, and more. The optics are designed for laboratory vessels with a base thickness of 1.2 mm.
The set includes six total achromatic objectives and has three dual optical field mounts. The rotating turret has six slots for the addition of objectives. The 5 W LED illumination has a lifespan of 50,000 hours and provides color uniformity. It also includes three excitation filters: DAPI, FITC, and TRITC.
The MAGUS CLM90 camera is designed for fluorescence and dark field use. It features a 7.1 MP sensor and produces realistic images with a resolution of 3200x2200 pixels. Video recording is possible at 51.3 fps or 133.8 fps, depending on the resolution, and the Peltier contact lowers the sensor's temperature during operation.
