Description

The mucilage of mallow forms a protective barrier for the mucous membranes of the gastric and genital systems.

Recipe:

Finely chop half a red onion and sauté it with olive oil in a pan.
Add rice (350 g), sauté, and deglaze with white wine.
Add a little salt and 200 g fresh mallow leaves and gradually cook the rice by adding vegetable broth until ready.
Add a little butter and serve.
