A limited production wine from Michalaki Estate, with only 5,000 bottles, made from Vidiano and Moschato Spinas.

It has a medium lemon color with green highlights and is of medium to high aromatic intensity, with the floral character of Moschato participating discreetly, featuring gardenia aroma and citrus blossoms at the forefront.

The character of Vidiano gives a fresh, juicy peach and unripe apricot character mainly on the palate, as well as a creamy structure and buttery notes. It is dry with balanced acidity, medium body, and an intense fruity aftertaste.

Pairs with:

  • Fish such as sea bass or gilt-head bream, marinated with citrus
  • Stone fruits or tropical fruits
  • Lahanodolmades (stuffed cabbage rolls)
  • Fresh cheese such as Volaki of Andros
