I like trying out such products for an extra boost. I decided to try it because of the good price, coming from elogis forte, which with half a capsule dissolved in water makes you unstoppable for three days, but it has side effects like redness on the head and nasal congestion.
I always do the tests alone and note what happens with the clock. The first day I took one capsule on an empty stomach. Half the recommended dose, that is. After an hour, nothing. An hour and a half, nothing. Generally, the whole night, nothing. No effect, no side effects, although it might have upset my gut since I have irritable bowel syndrome. With elogis, with half a capsule, as soon as I open Insta and see two pretty faces, I become turbocharged, even without contact. When I get to contact, everything is like cement... this did nothing.
Second day, I take two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. Absolutely nothing. A minimal energy boost since it has caffeine and a slight boost down there at the sight of the girls on Insta. In the end, I went to the gym fearing it might give me palpitations. No palpitations, nothing.
Generally, it's a product that does nothing for a group of people. Here I should say that I really like the sport and that's why I occasionally take elogis, I mean I don't have an organic problem, it's just that there are days, weekends, long weekends, when I want to feel like I'm going for a new Olympic record. Fit, 70 kilos, at 44 years old.

Μου αρέσει να δοκιμάζω τέτοια προϊόντα για έξτρα boost. Είπα να το δοκιμάσω λόγω καλής τιμής λοιπόν, ερχόμενος από το elogis forte που με μισή κάψουλα διαλυμένη στο νερό πας τρένο για τρεις μέρες αλλά έχει παρενέργειες το κοκκίνισμα στο κεφάλι και το μπούκωμα στη μύτη.
Κάνω πάντα τις δοκιμές μόνος μου και σημειώνω τι συμβαίνει με το ρολόι. Τη πρώτη μέρα πήρα νηστικός μια κάψουλα. Τη μισή από τη προτεινόμενη δόση δηλαδή. Μετά από μια ώρα τίποτα. Μιάμιση τίποτα. Γενικά όλο το βράδυ τίποτα. Καμία δράση καμία παρενέργεια αν και ενδέχεται να μου πείραξε το έντερο καθώς έχω σύνδρομο ευαιρεσθητου εντέρου. Με το elogis με μισή κάψουλα με το που ανοίγω Ινστα και βλέπω δυο ωραίες παρουσίες γίνομαι Τούρμπο, χωρίς καν επαφή. Όταν φτάσω σε επαφή μιλάμε για τσιμέντο όλα… αυτό δεν έκανε τίποτα.
Δεύτερη μέρα παίρνω πρωί, νηστικός δυο κάψουλες. Απολύτως τίποτα. Ένα ελάχιστο μπουστ σε ενέργεια αφού έχει καφεΐνη και ένα ελάχιστο μπουστ εκει κάτω στη θεα των κορασίδων στο Ινστα. Τελικά πήγα γυμναστήριο με το φόβο μήπως μου φέρει καμία ταχυπαλμία. Καμία ταχυπαλμία, τίποτα.
Γενικά είναι ένα προϊόν που σε μια ομάδα ανθρώπων δεν κάνει τίποτα. Εδώ να πω πως μου αρέσει πολύ το σπορ και Γιαυτο ενίοτε κουμπώνω το elogis, θέλω να πω δεν έχω οργανικό πρόβλημα απλά υπάρχουν μέρες, ΣΚ, τριήμερα που θέλω να νοιωθω ότι πηγαίνω για νέο Ολυμπιακό ρεκόρ. Γυμνασμένος, 70 κιλά, στα 44 μου χρόνια.
