Its secret lies in the special removable flower-shaped attachment, which regulates boiling and prevents overflow. Once the steam surrounds the lid, the flower "opens." The temperature drops, steam condenses, and returns to the vessel without "losing" the amount of liquid needed for cooking.

By removing the flower, you can add wine or other liquids from the opening without burning yourself and dirtying the surrounding area. By flipping the lid upside down, you can cover the dish you want to heat in the microwave. If you place it on a pot with vegetables and a glass lid on top, you will have a wonderful steamed dish.

It withstands temperatures up to 230 degrees Celsius and is suitable for dishwasher cleaning. This specific lid is for vessels with a diameter of up to 24 cm.
