A healthy, nutritious, fasting-friendly and vegan trahanas, with wonderful aroma and taste. Very simple and quick to prepare, it requires constant stirring to avoid lumping. It pairs wonderfully with roasted sesame, toasted bread, and feta cheese. It can also be used as a healthy substitute for vegetable stock cubes or as a filling in pies.
