Description
Puree from Gorme Coffee, replaces fresh fruits and incorporates their flavor into our cocktails. It has a thick texture and gives a velvety sensation to the cocktail. It is made from concentrated pulp from raspberry and then sugar and acid are added to create a balanced acidity and sweetness profile. It is ideal for making cocktails, smoothies, granitas, toppings, and confectionery and cooking products.
No refrigeration is required. Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.
