The sun-dried tomatoes produced and packaged on behalf of Family Farms are a Greek product of organic farming made in a traditional way and only with pure, top-quality ingredients.

To produce just one kilogram of sun-dried tomatoes, approximately 14 kilograms of fresh tomatoes are required, which justifies the final value of the product, as well as its concentrated and rich flavor often referred to as umami.
