Arnica oil is considered the ideal oil for massage against joint and muscle pain from dislocations and bruises. It has healing properties and can be used in combination with St. John's wort oil for the healing of wounds, injuries, and cuts. It is anti-inflammatory and stimulates blood circulation in the skin and tissues.
As a base oil, it should not be used pure, but diluted in a ratio of 30/70, arnica/almond oil or grapeseed oil.
