How to choose the right size: Use a measuring tape. Bend your knee at a 30-degree angle. Measure the circumferences according to the table:

• Point 1: Measure the circumference 10 cm above the kneecap.
• Point 2: Measure the circumference below the knee.

NOTE - The material is flexible and stretches. If your size is at the upper limit, it is recommended to choose the next larger size. If you want better compression, choose the smaller size.
