Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste suitable for:

• Buttercream
• Almond paste
• Candy
• Icing
• Cookie dough and mixture

Colors can be mixed to create new shades. Color 2 pieces of dough separately and then blend them together.

Directions for use: Use a toothpick to take a small amount of color from the jar. For a deeper color, add more color. Knead thoroughly to evenly color, or knead less for a marbled effect. Wash your hands with warm water and soap to clean the color off your hands.

Note: Suitable for water-based preparations but not for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usage dose: 1.64g/100g.
