No matter how much you shake or squeeze it, it doesn't come out. So it remains stagnant and you don't know if it's clean. Is it soapy? Is it dirty? And all of this will end up in the baby's mouth while they are sucking because water comes in and out from the base of the nipple. And it's not a defect because I bought 3 packages and the same thing happens with all of them. So no, they are not as good as they are presented
