Lettuce sowing is staggered (repeated). It begins with sowing in a greenhouse in trays during the February-March period, and from April to August it is sown directly in the field. The small plants are transplanted about one month after sowing, when they reach a height of 3-4 cm. In the case of direct sowing in the field, the plants must be thinned to have a distance of 25 cm between them. Harvesting takes place approximately 80-90 days after sowing. If sowing is done in August, there is a possibility of harvesting in the fall.
