The Mapeflex MS45 sealant by Mapei, in 300ml cartridges, is used for bonding and sealing surfaces and joints, even on damp substrates. It is a thixotropic adhesive and a sealant based on silane polymers without silicone, solvents, or isocyanates. It is used for sealing joints in floors, ceilings, and walls, with a maximum movement of 20%. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
