The YATO YT-28312 voltage detector is designed for detecting voltage in electrical wires within the range of 90-1000V. It also provides the capability to test cable continuity. Operating using the induction method, it indicates without contact whether the wires are live. The detected voltage in the wires is signaled by an LED light and an audible alert.

The absence of direct contact between the probe tip and the insulated wire increases user safety and speeds up the work process. Additionally, the built-in LED brightness makes it easier to illuminate the work area, significantly improving testing in dark locations.

The detector is powered by two 1.5V (AAA) batteries and features an ON/OFF switch. The built-in AUTO-POWER OFF function turns it off after a period of inactivity, reducing battery consumption.
