Cleaning: After each use, wash with warm water and detergent. Allow the item to dry thoroughly before storage and oil it with mineral oil to prevent rust.

Usage: Before the first use, remove the rust-preventive vegetable oil from the item. For this, wash the item in warm water with mild liquid detergent and dry it well. Then, grease the disc with fat or bacon and allow it to heat up well. It is recommended to use oven mitts, as the item gets hot during use.
