The control device allows easy adjustment of the nozzle opening pressure, calibration, and inspection. It is suitable for all fuel injection nozzles, except for CDI injection nozzles.

The detector has a universal application, making it ideal for conducting leakage, spray, and friction tests on R, S, and T nozzle sizes. Additionally, it performs checks on the opening pressure, spray pattern, nozzle tightness, jet, and rattling characteristic inspection.

The testing device includes:

  • Gadget with a width of approximately 9 cm (3.5")
  • Test range from 0 to 600 bar (0-60 MPa)
  • Long lever of 400 mm
  • Fuel tank made of solid iron with an integrated filter

The good build quality makes the device suitable for daily use in workshops and garages.

Use of SAE10 oil is recommended and the use of diesel should be avoided.
