Heat resistant paint up to 600 °C, 0.5 l, silver

Single-component, heat-resistant silicone-aluminum paint.

Main advantages of the paint:

• Resistance to temperatures up to 600 °C in dry conditions
• No heat curing required for coating
• Suitable for protection of internal and external steel surfaces
• Excellent weather resistance
• Also suitable as a topcoat over zinc silicate paints
• Minimum drying time of 3 days at 20 °C before exposure to thermal loads

Ideal protection for:

• copper cookware
• brake pads
• grills
• stainless steel

Instructions for use:

• For long-lasting protection for years, the surface must be sanded, washed, and degreased with Solid Cleaner 05 before painting.
• Stir mechanically until smooth.
• Application of one coat should not exceed 25 μm.
• When applying multiple coats, the total thickness of SIGMATHERM 540 should not exceed 80 μm.
• For roller application, the use of foam rollers is recommended.

Technical data:

• Touch dry: 45 minutes
• Second coat application at 20 °C: After 16 hours
• Solid content: 45%
• Recommended film thickness: 25 μm
• Coverage rate at 25 μm: 18 m²/L
• Gloss: Semi-gloss
• Recommended thinner: Thinner 21-06 or Solid thinner 06
• Full curing: 3 days
• Color: silver (aluminum)

The color in the sample is indicative and may slightly differ from the actual color. This is affected by screen/mobile display settings.

In enclosed and poorly ventilated spaces, the use of a mask is recommended due to the volatile solvent odors.

Use of a mask with ABE1P3 filters is recommended.
