20g packaging containing ground nutmeg seed (Myristica fragrans). Nutmeg comes from the nutmeg tree, which thrives in tropical areas such as Indonesia and the Caribbean. It has been traditionally used in cooking and medicine for its aromatic and therapeutic properties.

Usage: 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg is scalded with 1 glass of boiling water in a covered container. It is left for 5-10 minutes and optionally strained before use.
