Directions for Use:

• Inhalation: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft cloth, diffuser, or a small pot with boiling water. Inhale gently.
• Topical Use: Do not apply directly to the skin. Mix 1-4 drops with your favorite lotion or carrier oil such as avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba, or sesame. Do not exceed 4 drops.
