I have it in my country house. It is almost silent, you have to put your ear almost above the fans to hear it. I will come back if there is any problem. The temperature ranges from 37-41 degrees with Windows 10 Pro installed and with IVMS 4200.

Επανέρχομαι με νέα αξιολόγηση στις 21/04/2023 άρχισαν τα ανεμιστηράκια να κάνουν ένα πιο έντονο θόρυβο, οπότε από τα 5 αστέρια που είχα βάζω 3. Για την θερμοκρασία όπως ανέφερα, κυμαίνεται στους 37-41 βαθμούς.
It does what it promises (10 degrees below maximum temperature) and provides a nice form factor in the end and sufficient coverage, except for the exposed fans and wiring. The latter, depending on usage, may or may not be a problem.
The main issue I face is the quality of the fans. I have two of them, one in a device that is permanently open and one in another that flickers. In both cases, it seems that the fans are very sensitive, either due to manufacturing or power, as both have developed flaws (noise, grinding, sticking).

Do not get an aluminum case if you want to have Bluetooth or WiFi (I did not try this since I am using Ethernet). It causes interference and, for example, when I connected it to a PlayStation 4 controller, the response was mediocre with many lag spikes, but when I removed the case, it played perfectly.
As for temperatures, I have the case without the fans (passive) and it reaches around 45C
Μην πάρετε θήκη από αλουμίνιο αν θέλετε να έχετε bluetooth ή και wifi(δε το δοκίμασα αυτό μιας και είμαι με ethernet). Προκαλεί παρεμβολές και π.χ σε χειριστήριο playstation 4 που το σύνδεσα η ανταπόκριση ήταν μέτρια με πολλά lag spikes και βγάζοντας την θήκη παίζει άψογα.
Από θερμοκρασίες έχω την θήκη χωρίς τα ανεμιστηράκια (passive) και φτάνει ~45C
Without this specific case, the temperature was 50°C, while with its use it dropped to 40°C, which is a very good operating temperature for the raspberry. However, if the two fans are screwed correctly, they cause an unbearable noise. To stop this noise, one fan should be completely unscrewed, so that it does not touch the other, but still a subtle yet annoying buzzing can be heard. Unacceptable for 16 euros.
Χωρίς τη συγκεκριμένη θήκη η θερμοκρασία ήταν 50°C, ενώ με τη χρήση της έπεσε στους 40°C που είναι πολύ καλή θερμοκρασία λειτουργίας για το raspberry. Ωστόσο αν βιδωθούν σωστά οι δυο ανεμιστήρες προκαλούν έναν αδιανόητο θόρυβο. Για να σταματήσει αυτός ο θόρυβος θα πρέπει ο ένας ανεμιστήρας να ξεβιδωθεί εντελώς, ώστε να μην ακουμπάει με τον άλλον, αλλά και πάλι ακούγεται ένα ανεπαίσθητο πλην ενοχλητικό βουητό. Very good case! I will start with the negatives:
1) 4 screws were missing (the package had 8, while 12 are needed), so the fans have 2 screws each. When I installed them, they made a lot of noise, and I realized that I had tightened them too much and the blades were hitting the side plastic.
2) The GPIO pins are exposed on the side, which can accidentally be touched with the hand. I used a piece from the ABS case that came with the budget package, which I attached to the case with double-sided tape so that there is no chance of touching them, but I still have access to the pins from the top.
On the positives:
Temperatures: average of 37oC idle (room temperature 25 degrees). In full load (sysbench, 4 CPU threads with --cpu-max-prime=20000) I saw up to 50.
Noise: There is no noise at all. Only if there is absolute silence and you put your ear directly at a distance less than half a meter, you will barely hear the fans. It's worth the €16, and more!

1) Έλειπαν 4 βίδες (η συσκευασία είχε 8, ενώ χρειάζεται 12), οπότε τα ανεμιστηράκια είναι με 2 βίδες το κάθε ένα. Όταν τα έβαλα έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο, και συνειδητοποίησα οτι τα είχα σφίξει πολύ και έβρισκαν τα πτερύγια το πλαϊνό πλαστικό.
2) Τα GPIO pins είναι γυμνά και από το πλάι, τα οποία μπορεί καταλάθος να ακουμπήσουμε με το χέρι. Εγώ χρησιμοποίησα ένα κομμάτι από την ABS θήκη που ήρθε με το budget πακέτο, το οποίο κόλλησα με ταινία διπλής όψης στην θήκη για να μην υπάρχει περίπτωση να τα πιάσω, αλλά να έχω πρόσβαση από πάνω μεριά στα pins.
Στα θετικά:
Θερμοκρασίες: μέσος όρος 37oC idle (θερμοκρασία χώρου 25 βαθμοί). σε full load (sysbench, 4 cpu threads με --cpu-max-prime=20000) είδα μέχρι 50.
Θόρυβος: Δεν ακούγεται καθόλου θόρυβος. Μόνο αν έχει απόλυτη ησυχία και βάλεις το αυτί να ακούει απευθείας σε απόσταση μικρότερη του μισού μέτρου θα ακούσεις τα ανεμιστηράκια, και πάλι μετά βίας. Αξίζει τα €16, με το παραπάνω!

τους θερινούς μήνες έχει φτάσει μέχρι 45 βαθμούς τα έχω με ψήκτρα και δουλεύουν συνέχεια διότι τα χρησιμοποιώ απομακρυσμένα για να μπαίνω σε κονσόλα που διαχειρίζομαι ip κάμερες, το πρόβλημα θα είναι να φτάσει στους 70.
Tα ανεμιστηράκια τί διαστάσεις έχουν? Τους κόπηκε το καλωδιάκι και θα πρέπει να τα βρω να τα πάρω ξεχωριστά.
κατά 90% κάνει το Dual Cooling Fan Kit Module for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B με κωδικό 30606672 ή Dual Cooling Fans Heatsink Kit with Adhesive Tape For Raspberry Pi 4/ 3 με κωδικό NS1504, τα πουλάνε μαζί με την ψήκτρα αλλά θα χρησιμοποιήσετε μόνο τα ανεμιστηράκια.
Αν το raspberry δεν το χρησιμοποιείτε 24 ώρες το 24ωρο και να μην βάλετε τα ανεμιστηράκια δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα.

Επανέρχομαι με νέα αξιολόγηση στις 21/04/2023 άρχισαν τα ανεμιστηράκια να κάνουν ένα πιο έντονο θόρυβο, οπότε από τα 5 αστέρια που είχα βάζω 3. Για την θερμοκρασία όπως ανέφερα, κυμαίνεται στους 37-41 βαθμούς.
It does what it promises (10 degrees below maximum temperature) and provides a nice form factor in the end and sufficient coverage, except for the exposed fans and wiring. The latter, depending on usage, may or may not be a problem.
The main issue I face is the quality of the fans. I have two of them, one in a device that is permanently open and one in another that flickers. In both cases, it seems that the fans are very sensitive, either due to manufacturing or power, as both have developed flaws (noise, grinding, sticking).

Το βασικό πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζω είναι η ποιότητα στα ανεμιστηράκια. Έχω δύο τέτοια, ένα σε μια συσκευή που είναι μονίμως ανοιχτή και ένα σε άλλη που αναβοσβήνει. Και στις 2 φαίνεται οτι τα ανεμιστηράκια είναι πολύ ευαίσθητα, είτε κατασκευαστικά ή στο ρεύμα, καθώς και τα δύο έχουν αναπτύξει κουσούρια (θόρυβος, τρίξιμο, κολλήματα).
It is perfect for any use. I have the rpi running 24/7 as a multiple server and Nas and it stays comfortably at 39 degrees (65 before). Also completely silent.
Είναι κομπλέ για κάθε χρήση. Έχω το rpi 24/7 σαν πολλαπλό σέρβερ και Nas και κάθεται άνετα στους 39 βαθμούς (65 πριν).

Do not get an aluminum case if you want to have Bluetooth or WiFi (I did not try this since I am using Ethernet). It causes interference and, for example, when I connected it to a PlayStation 4 controller, the response was mediocre with many lag spikes, but when I removed the case, it played perfectly.
As for temperatures, I have the case without the fans (passive) and it reaches around 45C
Μην πάρετε θήκη από αλουμίνιο αν θέλετε να έχετε bluetooth ή και wifi(δε το δοκίμασα αυτό μιας και είμαι με ethernet). Προκαλεί παρεμβολές και π.χ σε χειριστήριο playstation 4 που το σύνδεσα η ανταπόκριση ήταν μέτρια με πολλά lag spikes και βγάζοντας την θήκη παίζει άψογα.
Από θερμοκρασίες έχω την θήκη χωρίς τα ανεμιστηράκια (passive) και φτάνει ~45C
Without this specific case, the temperature was 50°C, while with its use it dropped to 40°C, which is a very good operating temperature for the raspberry. However, if the two fans are screwed correctly, they cause an unbearable noise. To stop this noise, one fan should be completely unscrewed, so that it does not touch the other, but still a subtle yet annoying buzzing can be heard. Unacceptable for 16 euros.
Χωρίς τη συγκεκριμένη θήκη η θερμοκρασία ήταν 50°C, ενώ με τη χρήση της έπεσε στους 40°C που είναι πολύ καλή θερμοκρασία λειτουργίας για το raspberry. Ωστόσο αν βιδωθούν σωστά οι δυο ανεμιστήρες προκαλούν έναν αδιανόητο θόρυβο. Για να σταματήσει αυτός ο θόρυβος θα πρέπει ο ένας ανεμιστήρας να ξεβιδωθεί εντελώς, ώστε να μην ακουμπάει με τον άλλον, αλλά και πάλι ακούγεται ένα ανεπαίσθητο πλην ενοχλητικό βουητό. Απαράδεκτο για 16 ευρώ.
