A system based on pipes and multi-layer PEX/Al/PEX connectors, equipped with two O-rings (sealing rings) that ensure 100% reliable, waterproof connections. Special stainless steel pressing rings allow secure connection of the fitting to the pipe, ensuring durable joints. The system is designed for hot and cold water installations, central heating, and underfloor heating.

RADOPRESS Hot and Cold Water Systems

The RADOPRESS installation system for heating and domestic hot and cold water consists of polyethylene pipes with cross-linked connections (PE-X) with aluminum diffusion barrier (Al) and clamp connectors. It includes a complete set of fittings, connection elements, and installation tools for heating and sanitary systems. The PE-X/Al/PE-X pipes are produced by extrusion with the simultaneous insertion of an embedded aluminum tape inside the pipe. The aluminum layer is coated on both sides with layers of glue and PE-X. The aluminum layer reduces the thermal expansion of the pipes by more than six times compared to standard PE-X and PE-RT pipes, which is especially important in radiator heating systems where significant thermal deformation can occur. The high quality of the products and the excellent physical and mechanical properties of the materials, such as resistance to high temperatures and pressures, ensure durability for over 50 years in Pipelife installations. The RADOPRESS system is manufactured in diameters from 16 mm to 63 mm.
