Special stainless steel collars allow the fitting to connect to the pipe, providing durable joints. Hot and Cold Water Systems RADOPRESS
The RADOPRESS installation system for heating and hot and cold water is made of multi-layer polyethylene pipes (PE-X) with an aluminum (Al) diffusion barrier and compression and screw connection fittings. The offer includes a complete set of fittings, connection elements, and installation tools for heating and sanitary systems.
Multi-layer PE-X/AL/PE-X pipes are produced by extrusion with simultaneous insertion of an aluminum foil inside the pipe. The aluminum layer is coated on both sides with welded layers of polyethylene PE-X. The aluminum layer reduces thermal expansion of the pipes by more than six times compared to standard PE-X and PE-RT pipes, which is particularly important in radiator heating systems where significant thermal deformation can occur.
The high quality of the product and the excellent physical and mechanical properties of the materials, such as resistance to high temperature and pressure, guarantee a lifespan of over 50 years for Pipelife installations.
