White Salad Mix with natural ingredients without added salt and sugar, ideal for preparing tasty, aromatic, and healthy dishes for family and friends.

The mix pairs perfectly with meat – recommended for making white sauce.

  • Quantity: 1 kg of the mix prepares approximately 75 kg of homemade product.
  • Ingredients: garlic, black pepper, oregano, mustard seed.
  • Store in a dry and shaded place.
  • The mix contains no salt or monosodium glutamate.
  • The product may contain: cereals containing gluten, mustard, celery, sesame, sulfur dioxide.

White Salad Recipe (for 5 kg of meat)

  • Ingredients:
  • 60% lean pork – 3 kg, ground through a 10/12 mm sieve
  • 40% fatty pork belly – 2 kg, ground through a 4/6 mm sieve
  • Cold boiled water – 400 ml
  • Jelux spice mix for 5 kg
  • Processing salt – 16 g per 1 kg of meat

Instructions:

  • Knead the ground lean pork with the spice mix, adding half the amount of water, until slightly sticky.
  • Then add the ground pork belly and pour in the remaining water, mixing until a homogeneous sticky mass is formed.
  • Place the prepared mixture in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  • After cooling, stuff the meat into pork casings size 26/28 or 28/30 and boil in water at 75-78°C until the interior of the sauce reaches approximately 70-72°C.
  • Casings 26/28 – boil for 25 minutes
  • Casings 28/30 – boil for 30 minutes

The initial water temperature before boiling should be 85-90°C to ensure it does not drop below 75°C after placing the sausages in the water.
