Nattokinase is a natural enzyme extracted from natto, a dish of traditional Japanese cuisine, which results from the fermentation of soybeans by the bacterium Bacillus subtilis. It has strong fibrinolytic activity, which may help prevent the accumulation of fibers and other substances with potential inflammatory effects in the body. The fibrous protein in the blood is produced during the clotting process.

Nattokinase may be particularly beneficial after various injuries, following intense physical exertion, or after surgical procedures. The dietary supplement Nattokinase 2000 FU may contribute as a protective factor for vascular health. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It does not contain lactose, gluten, soy, magnesium stearate, artificial sweeteners, or chemical additives.

• Dosage: Typical dose (adults): 1 capsule daily, between meals.
• Ingredients: 100 mg nattokinase 20,000 FU/g from soybean extract (Glycine max), fermented with Bacillus var. natto, in a maltodextrin base. Microcrystalline cellulose (filler). Plant-based capsules resistant to gastric juice (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, regenerated gel).

Precautions: Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals allergic to soy or any of the ingredients. People taking medication should use the product only under medical supervision. Individuals with a history of vascular strokes, ulcers and/or clotting disorders, regardless of concurrent anticoagulant therapy, should seek specific advice before using the product. Discontinue use 3 days before and after surgery or in case of injury or unexplained bleeding. Stop using the product if injuries or bleeding occur without apparent reason or in the case of major injuries accompanied by prolonged bleeding.
